Wim Hof Method workshop for starters

What to bring:
- Put on comfortable clothes
- yoga mat
- small pillow
- warm blanket
- bathing suit or t-shirt
- towel / bathrobe
- flip flops
In preparation for the workshop I would advise you to start taking a cold shower from on today.
- Start with a warm shower
- End with a cold shower. You can build up the time in these days. Starting with 30 seconds and then 1 to 1.5 minutes
- Relax under the cold shower and exhale very slowly.. Inhaling comes naturally, concentrate only on your exhalation.
- You can turn off the hot tap little by little untill it is cold.
I would like to mention that The Wim Hof Method is not suitable during pregnancy or for those with epilepsy or Raynoud. Persons with cardiovasculair- or hart diseases or any other (serious) heatlth conditions, should always consult a medical doctor before starting with the Wim Hof Method.
